Exchange and Returns

RETURN POLICY

Each order contains a Return Policy Form. You can ship us the product at the following address. 

Fircos Shoes, Rehman Pur, Aminabad Road, Sialkot. 

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

  • Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed".
  • The product can only be returned, if notified within three days.

  • If you request to change your shoes sizeyou will have to bear the cost of sending us the product back. 
  • Products on ’SALE’ cannot be returned (Only size can be changed, if notified within 3 days of delivery)
  • After 3 days of delivery the product is no longer entitled for exchange or refund.

REFUND OF PAYMENT

  • PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED & REVIEWED.
  • COURIER DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT.
  • REFUND PAYMENT WILL BE MADE THROUGH BANK TRANSFER or Easy Paisa.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  • Fill in the returns form you received with your order. (Attached at the bottom).
  • Pack your parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you.
  • Attach the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel.
  • Head to your nearest Courier Service Office. 

REFUND POLICY

  • If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method.
  • The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The expected processing time mentioned below is after we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days).
