Exchange and Returns
Each order contains a Return Policy Form. You can ship us the product at the following address.

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
- Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed".
- The product can only be returned, if notified within three days.

- If you request to change your shoes size, you will have to bear the cost of sending us the product back.
- Products on ’SALE’ cannot be returned (Only size can be changed, if notified within 3 days of delivery)
- After 3 days of delivery the product is no longer entitled for exchange or refund.
REFUND OF PAYMENT
- PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED & REVIEWED.
- COURIER DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT.
- REFUND PAYMENT WILL BE MADE THROUGH BANK TRANSFER or Easy Paisa.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
- Fill in the returns form you received with your order. (Attached at the bottom).
- Pack your parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you.
- Attach the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel.
- Head to your nearest Courier Service Office.
- If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method.
- The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The expected processing time mentioned below is after we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days).
